TeachTown is committed to making your experience positive. There are three ways for you to receive support.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
The
community support section is where TeachTown members share ideas and strategies that have worked. You may find immediate answers to your questions here.
EMAIL SUPPORT
We will respond to email within 24 hours. To help us help you please provide as much detail as possible in your email to:
support@teachtown.com.
Please include the following if you can:
- The Login you were using
- The name of the student you were working with
- What domain, lesson and page did you encounter the problem on?
- What were you doing in the program prior to the problem occurring?
- Did you get an error message, if so what did it say? If you can capture the exact text we will be able to identify the problem very quickly.
- PC information; processor speed, total RAM memory, operating system (i.e. Windows 98, 2000, or XP), graphics card, and sound card. Much of this information can be found by opening up the Control Panel option from the Start menu, selecting the General tab, and copying the information on the page.

We will respond to phones messages within 48-72 hours. Please call 1-800-644-7811 for installation issues or to discontinue services. Please note that we are not currently staffed to provide clinical or treatment questions for individual children.
